that we can help you further in a timely matter.
*Unfortunately, the customer support desk is only for customers and is not meant
as a general help/advice desk. For example, personal advice on starting a home
business, personal attention building a website, and all general home business
questions.

Q: I purchased
a guide and was not directed immediately to the download page. I also did not
receive an email with the download link information. PLEASE HELP ME!
A. If you
were not directed to the download page immediately after you have made a
purchase and have also not received an email with the download link information,
please submit a ticket so that we can manually resend the download page
information.
*Also note: The download page will expire after 120 hours or after 5 downloads.
If you need us to again reactivate the link, please submit a ticket to the help
desk.

Q: I paid for my guide and was directed to my download
page BUT I accidentally closed the window! Now what?
A: Don't
worry! You will also receive an email with the link to the secure download page
for your guide.
If you did not receive your email check your spam folder in your email program.
If you still can't get the link to your guide, please submit a ticket. Please
include your order number, first and last name, and email address.
