Consultants can get started on a limited basis for $19.95, or they can purchase
a starter kit for full consultant benefits. The basic Starter Kit is $99 and
includes $200 worth of charms and jewelry, as well as display items, business
materials, and training information. Consultants choose their own charms and
jewelry for the kit. The $150 Deluxe Upgrade allows the consultant to choose
another $230 worth of jewelry. Through the company’s Charming Start program, new
consultants can earn another $100 worth of products in the first six weeks.
In addition to 30% base commissions, consultants can earn 2 – 9% on the sales of
their downlines. Charmed Moments offers monthly, quarterly, and annual contests
and incentives of cash awards, free jewelry, and other exciting prizes. They
also have a yearly convention with awards banquet, as well as a cruise for
consultants who meet sales and recruitment goals.
