All Charmelle products can be purchased through consultants or through the online catalog.


New consultants begin with a starter kit that contains a selection of jewelry products as well as business materials. Consultants can market and sell the products through home jewelry parties and through their personalized Charmelle websites.


Commissions begin at 40% and go up to 50% when consultants each sales and recruitment goals. The company offers increased commissions and rewards for recruitment. They also offer a car bonus program based on sales volume. There are no minimum orders or monthly quotas.
