encouraged to let the
products sell themselves.
Reps earn up to 20%
commission on personal sales
and up to 17% in bonuses on
team sales. Sales reps are
encouraged to sell to
corporations, real estate
agents, caterers, and other
businesses. Ella style
offers engraving on their
pewter items and gift boxes
for corporate gifts. Both
starter kits contain
everything reps need to get
started in their businesses.
The $275 Standard Sample
Package costs $275 and has
$550 worth of products,
marketing materials, and
display stands. The $150
Modified Sample Package
contains $300 worth of the
same items that are in the
standard package.
