Epicure Selections is a Canadian cookware and fine foods company based in Victoria, BC. Founder Sylvie Rochette created spice blends and recipes that make cooking fun, quick, and easy. She then created a direct sales division of her company in 1996 to give Canadians an opportunity to have their own businesses. Victorian Epicure is the company's exclusive line of over 150 different spices seasoning mixes, salsas, jellies, and other fine foods. Epicure's line of kitchen products includes professional quality cookware, such as pots, pans, baking sheets, whisks, spatulas, and mixing bowls.



Epicure consultants sell products through home tasting parties where they offer ideas for entertaining and making everyday meals faster and easier. There is no online ordering, so customers can only purchase Epicure products at home parties. There are two levels of starter kits, and they both contain products and business materials valued at twice their purchase prices. Consultants can start an independent team with three recruits and earn commissions on team sales. Epicure allows active consultants to purchase monthly supplementary items at 40% to replenish party samples. The company also offers bonus incentives, contests, and trips for meeting sales and recruiting goals. There are no monthly sales minimums.
