sacrifices to find the right formula for their first skincare products, which
blended aloe with ingredients like vitamins, natural botanicals, Echinacea
extract, ginseng extract, and cucumber essence. The L’Bri catalog now contains a
wide variety of facial cleansers, facial lotions, masques, body washes and body
lotions, as well as a full line of makeup.
L’Bri consultants facilitate home parties for hostesses and their guests to try
the skincare products before they buy them. Consultants also educate customers
about proper skincare techniques. They start at 30% commission for home party
sales and can earn as much as 50%, based on position in the company. Commission
for internet sales through the consultant’s company website starts at 20% and
can be as much as 40%. Consultants who purchase the Full Showcase starter kit
can earn their $295 back by reaching a $1600 sales goal in the first 45 days.
L’Bri Pure ‘n Natural offers a 3% - 5% retail sales bonus for consultants who
sell at least $1000 a month, and they offer additional sponsoring and management
bonuses for downline sales. Consultants also earn a car bonus of $400 or $600 a
month when they achieve Elite Executive Manager status.
