Independent garden consultants offer educational services through personal
consultation and product demonstrations. They have items for container
gardening, lawn care, composting, indoor gardening, and birding. Their Happy
Naturals product line is an exclusive collection of plant food, nutrient
solutions, fertilizers, and bug repellent sprays that use all natural
ingredients instead of harsh chemicals. Products can be purchased from
consultants or from the company website.
There is no prior gardening experience required to be a Garden consultant.
Training is provided upon signing. Garden consultants begin by purchasing either
one starter kit or a combination of the three starter kits. The $39 Business
Builder kit only contains business training materials. The $69 Happy Naturals
Sampler includes a selection of products plus catalogs, business cards, and
order forms. The $149 demonstration kit contains a wider selection of products,
tools, accessories, and business materials. Consultants earn 20-30% on party
orders and a commission of 30% on wholesale orders. They also earn royalties
ranging from 5-10% on team members’ sales.
