The Wildtree
direct sales company was founded in 1996 to bring natural, nutritious,
delicious, culinary blends to a new generation of cooks. Founder Leslie
Montie started her company with the health and nutrition interests of her own
children in mind. Wildtree products are all-natural and free of harmful
ingredients such as MSG, food dyes, and preservatives. They offer blends, like
meatloaf kits, mac ‘n cheese kits, chili mix, and popcorn seasoning, that make
it easier to create healthy, home-cooked meals. They also sell mix kits for
breads, dips, dressings, soups, several different desserts, and a selection of
grape seed oils.
New
representatives start with one of three business kits. The $115 Business Builder
kit contains $305 worth of catalogs, order forms, training DVDs, tasting samples
for 6-8 parties, and a much larger quantity of products than the other two kits.
The $55 Business Supplies Kit has business materials and one food product, and
the $18 Culinary Club Mini-Kit has only business materials. Food samples and
other party supplies can be purchased with sales points. Consultants earn 25-45%
on sales. They must sell $75 a month to qualify for bonuses, and there is a $150
quota every six months in order to remain active.
