MommyEmpire.com Refund Policy:  MommyEmpire.com strives to make quality and affordable home business guides for consumers. If after reading the entire guide you decide within 30 days of purchase date that you are not completely satisfied with the information in the guide and or business kit, we will give you a full refund on the purchase price of the guide according to the terms of this policy.  

Our refund policy is as follows:

II. Customer purchases two guides and accidentally purchased another guide in a different topic. This is not acceptable, and we will not refund money back for more then one guide.

III. Customer purchased a guide previously and was not satisfied with the guide and received a full refund. Weeks later customer purchases another guide and wants a refund again. This is not acceptable, and we will not refund money back for more then one guide.

IV. Customer purchases two guides and decides later that he or she doesn't want (they changed their mind) both guides and wants a full refund for both guides. This is not acceptable, and we will not refund money back for more then one guide.

E. In no circumstances will MommyEmpire.com pay a refund more than 30 days after the purchase date.

Mommy Empire's refund policy may seem strict, but this is to prevent theft and to ensure that fraudulent users looking for a free guide(s) do not attempt to purchase as many guides as possible and keep them all for free. As you know our guides are all in PDF format and there is no way we can collect the guide back from the buyer. We are not assuming that you the potential buyer or customer is a fraudulent user, but we know that this will prevent such users from attempting fraud and theft from Mommy Empire. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Mommy Empire.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. MommyEmpire.com policies will always determine the price paid by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any order that does not comply with our rules, operating procedures and policies.

SPAM

Violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from the MommyEmpire.com Affiliate Program, with no refund.

In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or down time.



By signing up for the Mommy Empire Affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. COMMISSION

You will be sent an email for each sale originating from your website. Each month's earnings will be paid via PayPal within 15 days of month end.



AGREEMENT DURATION

This agreement will begin upon your acceptance to the MommyEmpire.com affiliate program and will end when terminated by either party. Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, and we will NOT give you written notice of termination.
